RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your Giro gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are available on items purchased directly from girosnow.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in restockable condition – unused, with tags and stickers attached, and in the original box/packaging.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid AusPost return label by email to make the process simple and cost-free.
Change of Mind / Wrong Size
- If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return or exchange — but return shipping is your responsibility.
- You will not be provided with a prepaid label in this case.
- Exchanges must be for the same model in a different size. If you’d rather return, we’ll refund back to your original payment method.
How It Works
- Submit your return or exchange request by contacting us with your order number at info@girosnow.com.au
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions by email (and, if applicable, a prepaid return label).
- Send the item back to us.
- Please allow 2 business days for us to process once your item arrives.
- Refunds can take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Extra Details
- No restocking fees apply.
- Purchases made through other retailers must be returned directly to them.
