RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only items purchased from girosnow.com.au within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). When making a return for a faulty product or exchange for items purchased on girosnow.com.au, we will provide you with an authorized return label. For change of mind purchases (including ordering the wrong size) shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.

For Exchanges, please specify the size you wish to receive. Exchanges must be for the same model.
For Returns, please indicate which item(s) are being returned for credit.

 Please allow 2 business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) for processing from the time we receive the item(s).

You will receive a prepaid label from AusPost for your return or exchange via the provided email address once the item has been processed. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the label.

There are no restocking fees.

To ensure quick and accurate processing, please ship your item(s) using only the AusPost label(s) we provide you.

For returns, credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
