RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your Giro gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are available on items purchased directly from girosnow.com.au within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in restockable condition – unused, with tags and stickers attached, and in the original box/packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid AusPost return label by email to make the process simple and cost-free.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size

  • If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return or exchange — but return shipping is your responsibility.

  • You will not be provided with a prepaid label in this case.

  • Exchanges must be for the same model in a different size. If you’d rather return, we’ll refund back to your original payment method.

How It Works

  1. Submit your return or exchange request by contacting us with your order number at info@girosnow.com.au
  2. If approved, you’ll receive instructions by email (and, if applicable, a prepaid return label).
  3. Send the item back to us.
  4. Please allow 2 business days for us to process once your item arrives.
  5. Refunds can take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Extra Details

  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Purchases made through other retailers must be returned directly to them.
